A colleague sent me a link to this video today and I'm still marveling at the creativity and effort that was put into it. Take a look and see if you agree.

I don't know if the creator of this video used any special software or hardware to achieve the final result – it certainly looks like plain old photography plus stop-motion animation – but regardless, it's hard not to be dazzled by the ingenuity he demonstrates… perhaps all the more so given his apparent low-budget technique.
